Welcome to our recently renovated modern family home in Aspen's coveted Cemetery Lane neighborhood. Ideal for families and groups, our home offers unparalleled access to outdoor adventures and urban amenities. Located next to Tot Lot Park (basketball, play structures, views of Maroon Bells) and on the RFTA bus line, enjoy a 5-minute ride to the center of Aspen with bus pick-up steps from our front door. This is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or couples seeking comfort and convenience
The space
Experience the perfect blend of luxury and functionality in our spacious home. The open-plan upstairs living room features a cozy fireplace and a small art TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The modern kitchen with high-end appliances is ready for your culinary adventures. The large adjacent dining room is perfect for hosting.
Our home boasts four beautifully decorated bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, offering supreme comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a lavish en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and walk-in closet. The additional bedrooms and bathrooms provide ample space for guests to relax. One of the guest rooms has a large bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top.
We offer a dedicated home office for those who need to balance work and leisure during their stay. This space has a comfortable queen-size pull-out sofa, ensuring a productive and comfortable environment for your work needs.
For entertainment, our home offers a versatile media room. This room features a massive 83-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The downstairs living room and bar area provide additional space for relaxation and socializing, making it a perfect spot for a game night or a casual gathering.
Step outside to the large deck, where you can dine al fresco with a BBQ grill and comfortable seating. The private hot tub is your oasis, offering relaxation after a day of adventure.

Our prime location in the Cemetery Lane neighborhood provides the best of all worlds. The RFTA bus line takes you directly to town and Aspen Mountain, with a stop steps from the Aspen Gondola. This location is better than being in the town core because you avoid traffic on the way to Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Snowmass.
We are next to the beautiful Aspen Golf Club, a public course offering stunning views and great golfing. In winter, the golf course transforms into a cross-country skiing haven. The neighborhood boasts numerous hiking trails, including paths to town, and the Rio Grande Trail and Park is just at the end of the street.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and its amenities, including the hot tub, BBQ grill, media room, and laundry facilities.

We provide premium linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen and bar for your convenience. Our home is equipped with Apple HomeKit, which controls the Lutron Caseta lighting system, Mysa heater controls, and August keypad door lock.
