This condo features an open living area with contemporary furniture, a breakfast bar and formal dining area, an in-unit washer/dryer, and flat screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms. Common amenities at the Chateau Chaumont complex include an on-site hot tub and on-site free parking on a first come, first served basis (underground covered parking available).
