There is little to no cell service at this home, however, there is high-speed WIFI available so guests can utilize WIFI calling. This home has 1 exterior security camera located under the porch overlooking the front yard.

Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance and a $100 monthly water allowance. The tenant is responsible for paying any overages.
