This home is ideal for business travelers & families alike. The backyard, enclosed by 6' fence, is safe for kids & dogs. Located 15 minutes from Denver, Red Rocks, and hiking trails, it's also 3 min. to light rail & 5 min. to Olde Town Arvada- a vibrant hub w/ bars, restaurants, shops, parks, farmers market & festivals. *Primary Bedroom: Private suite w/ King bed & tv. *2nd Bedroom: Queen bed & desk. * 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, single bed & desk. A 2nd single bed can replace the desk upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you are accustom to at home. There is another rental apartment in the basement with a separate entrance that I stay in from time to time. Laundry is shared between the 2 units. I’m not there often but if you see me, feel free to wave or say hello. I will respect your privacy but I am friendly and can answer any questions about the area if you see me and want to say hello. The separate entry also has it’s own yard area so it will not interrupt you at all.

Allendale Area, a neighborhood in Arvada, is home to this vacation home.
