Relax on either of the 2 living room couches and take in the open floor plan of the home. Catch your favorite programming on the 65” Samsung smart TV mounted in front of a three-dimensional panel backsplash. Host provides streaming channels – Netflix, Disney +, and HBO Max.

More in a music mood? Go old school with the record player and 30-record collection, including Guardians of the Galaxy soundtracks, and artists such as Harry Styles, The Beatles, and Taylor Swift. You can connect your phone to the speakers with Bluetooth.

Steps away, cook and prep culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen with Samsung major appliances – microwave, chef-preferred gas stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. You’ll have an assist from the roster of small appliances – air fryer, rice cooker, blender, and toaster – and plenty of counterspace, including the counter island.

You’ll find all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, bar accessories, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Cleanup is easy at the island’s sink with garbage disposal.

In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed with cozy linens. Enjoy artwork on the walls, a bedside table with lamp, and full-length mirror. A window provides natural light and blinds for privacy and light-blocking. In addition to the closet for storage you’ll have a dresser. A handy half bathroom adjoins this room. This bath is shared with the rest of the main level via a door on the other end leading to the kitchen and indoor patio.

Discover the secondary bedroom, where you’ll find a queen bed with luxe bedding, bedside table with lamp, two windows with blinds, and a large full-length mirror. A giant modern clock on the wall tops off the design of this room.

You’ll love the convenience of the main bathroom with its tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials. Centrally located in the home, it's easily accessible for all guests.

The living-room futon and sofa are available to accommodate additional sleeping needs, for a total of 6 guests.

GUEST ACCESS
You have access to everything on the main floor of the home. Garage is off limits to guests and will be locked at all times. Host lives in basement, which is also off limits to guests.

No fumbling with keys; self check in is available with digital keypad.

Two parking spots, one concrete and one gravel, are available in the driveway.

You’ll be close – less than 5 minutes away – to shopping (Target, Walmart, Sprouts, King Soopers), two golf courses, and Dutch Bros Coffee. Blossom Bungalow is at the center of a triangle consisting of Downtown Denver, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, and Boulder, and is 20 minutes away from each locale. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Backyard is shared with host, who lives in the walk-out basement and walks only through the yard to enter/exit but will not be spending time there. Guests are on the private main floor with the main entrance separate form host entrance. Stairwell from basement will be deadbolt-locked during guests’ entire stay.

Blossom Bungalow has a Ring doorbell facing the front patio, along with one exterior security camera above the garage facing the front of the house, and one exterior security camera on the back wall facing the back of the house. No cameras are inside the property. Cameras are motion-activated, with recordings stored in the cloud for a month.

Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine (minimum $1,000). Guests can smoke on the outdoor back porch.
