This large 2 story home, end unit with plenty of light and space. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each w/ a private bath and TV. The master suite features a walk-in closet & balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The ground floor is spacious and open with a sleeper sofa, breakfast bar & dining table, opens to a covered patio overlooking gardens and pool, also a back patio area w/ BBQ perfect for grilling. A/C throughout or enjoy the tropical trade winds and ceiling fans. Powder room and laundry.

Jardines Del Mar is a hidden tropical paradise walking distance to Eagle Beach. Green, lush, tropical gardens throughout this property make it a perfect and special island escape. This gated community is 1 block east of one of the world's top 10 beaches. A short 3-minute walk. A community pool with new lounge chairs for sunning, and a large shaded palapa area to relax under sit center stage at this property. There is also a community party area and an air conditioned fitness center.
