Just a few steps to the World Famous Eagle Beach in this condo with breathtaking sunset views located in the Boca Catalina building on the 2nd floor overlooking the pools and gardens. The Amazing Two-bedroom condo is recently refreshed with new decorations and furniture to complete your Aruba vacation.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, two chairs, and a large TV. The dining area is equipped with a 6-seat glass dining table. Extensive meals can be prepared in the open fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar stools. Right of the living area, there is a balcony with a 4-seat table and a BBQ-grill, perfect for a casual cookout while enjoying the stunning ocean views and the sunset.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, built-in closet and it boasts its own balcony with the same stunning ocean views. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bunk bed of which the bottom one is a double-size bed and the top a single-size bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a third bathroom with a shower located in the corridor. The laundry facility (washer and dryer) is also located in the corridor.
This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. Free wireless internet, cable TV, three flatscreen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom) are all provided for your comfort.
Located on the beach, this condo is in Eagle Beach, a neighborhood in Oranjestad. Divi Golf and Beach Resort and Mangel Halto Beach are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Eagle Beach and Manchebo Beach. Bubali Bird Sanctuary and Butterfly Farm are also worth visiting.
