ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE:

**While this is an oceanfront resort, not all villas will have ocean views. Villa view categories are offered based on availability. Rates and views may vary. Please message us with any specific questions/requests regarding view prior to confirming a booking.

**Marriott will assign all villas at checkin within the designated view category. The floor placement cannot be guaranteed. Lower floor units may have obstructed views.

**Renters will be required to pay a government fee of $3 USD/night, a $15 Levy fee, and timeshare taxes of approximately $14.93/day for one bedroom units (subject to change). This is paid to the resort at check out and is not included in the quoted rental rate.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATES:

**Marriott's Aruba Surf Club will be undergoing an interior villa renovation in the Lighthouse tower from July 11, 2025, through Dec. 12, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Amenities are expected to remain open.

**Please note that the Lazy River and Blue Water Pool & Slide will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 31, 2026 to Oct. 9, 2026. During this time, all other amenities are expected to remain open

Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.

Divi Golf and Beach Resort and Mangel Halto Beach are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Eagle Beach and Palm Beach.
