This lakefront home allows you to enjoy the best of lake living with your family. Dedicated 62' lakeshore, private dock, and 5,000lb hoist - live the dream without the capital or pain of ownership.
This special retreat was originally built as a three bedroom, one bathroom cottage in the 1930's. A large kitchen, spacious great room, and master bedroom were added in 1994 - all with big lake views! Updates completed in May 2024 include fresh paint throughout the house, new carpet, and all new furnishings.
Ideally located in Browns Bay, you can easily walk or bike through the quaint neighborhood to Arnolds Park Amusement Park less than one mile away for fine dining, concerts, shopping, and more!
Stunning sunsets nightly from the dock or house.
Swim right off the dock or visit the beach at Arnolds Park or Terrace Park (just 1.2 miles away).
A large 3-car garage provides plenty of space for cars, bikes, and lake toys.

No smoking
14 day minimum stay.
Ideally we would love to have a repeat monthly or seasonal rental. Contact host for rates.
Maximum of 8 overnight guests.
No events, parties, or large gatherings. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Tenant acknowledges the inherent dangers of lakes and deep water.

Located in Milford, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum and Higgins Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Arnolds Park Amusement Park and 'Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark Okoboji. Ranch Okoboji and Goodies Handmade Candies are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
