The upper level features: Primary bedroom with queen bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and smart TV; Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and smart TV; Bedroom 3 is a loft with full over full bunk beds, a queen pull-out couch, smart TV, bean bag chairs and deck. Full guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The main level boasts the sunny living room with comfy queen sleeper sofa, additional seating and smart TV. The dining area has seating for six. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances and all the comforts of home plus counter height seating at the island for 4. Half bath on the main level. Gather your friends and family and relax on the cozy patio furniture with fire table, gas grill and a HOT TUB! Need more room? Hang out at the garage bar with smart TV, pub table and epoxy floors. Handy bag chairs for extra seating or bring them along to outdoor concerts.

Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with the cabin reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe and; Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children's play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available

West Okoboji Lake and Lower Gar State Recreation Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include 'Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark Okoboji and Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum.
