And with direct access to the Blue Lake Springs recreation center, you can enjoy peaceful walks around the lake, tennis, pickleball, playground fun, and dining without ever getting in your car.
LAYOUT & OCCUPANCY:
The main level features a spectacular great room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious rec room, two more bedrooms, and a third full bathroom. The home sleeps 14 comfortably—ideal for multi-family vacations or friend group getaways.

Soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams create a dramatic and cozy gathering space. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for shared meals and game nights. Relax on the plush sectional, enjoy a board game from our curated collection, or curl up by the picture windows with a good book.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is perfectly equipped to help you prepare everything from quick snacks to holiday feasts. You'll find a 4-burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher, InstantPot, blender, drip coffee maker, and all essential cookware. We've also stocked the kitchen with basic spices and baking essentials to support all your culinary adventures.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Step onto the expansive deck to enjoy a cup of hot coffee, crisp mountain air, or stargazing after a day on the slopes. The backyard offers room for kids to play in the grass (or the snow!), and outdoor ping pong in a serene, tree-lined setting.
WORK & PLAY:
Two dedicated workstations and high-speed WiFi make it easy to sneak in remote work. A whole-house generator ensures you're never without power.
KID FRIENDLY EXTRAS:
We’ve stocked the house for families: Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, crib, portable crib, booster seat, changing station, children’s books, games, and toys. Plus a cozy under-the-stairs nook for kids to discover, play, and imagine.
CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING:
Our cleaning fee covers deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and trash removal. Note that guests are responsible for bringing their own pool/beach towels for use during their stay.
