Relax and unwind in "Big Tree's" Community. A perfect getaway for relaxing or entertaining. This 3-story home has room for everyone! 30 Minutes to Bear Valley Ski Valley Resort. When available - we allow early check-in and late check-out.

1st floor - a second primary remodeled bedroom with full bathroom. 65 inch TV and a slider door to the backyard. King bed and a pull out sofa.

2nd floor - Enjoy cooking? Our remodeled kitchen with oversized window is the perfect place for cooking up a homecooked meal! All new Samsung appliances. Off the kitchen is a dining area that seats 8. There is also a custom concreate countertop in the kitchen with 3 barstools.

On the other side of the dining table is a cozy living room with a 75-inch TV. 17-foot custom sofa with cuddlers at each end. The sofa has a pull-out bed for extra guest. Media closet under the stairs with printer and games.

Off the living room enjoy our wonderful, oversized deck with plush patio furniture and a dining table that seats 8+ with a marble stone fire pit in the middle.

3rd floor - Primary bedroom with a fantastic balcony that makes you feel like you are truly up in the trees! Cal King Bed. 55 Inch TV. Full bath with oversized tub and a shower. Outside the bedroom is a full-size washer and dryer. A futon sits in the hallway for additional guest. A full bathroom sits outside of the 3rd and 4th bedroom which each offer queen beds.

For winter months we have saucers for the snow and for the summer at the lake we have a hard plastic kayak for guest use. We also have a ping pong table you can roll out to the driveway and cornhole.

Plenty of parking in driveway, carport and right side of the house as well as street parking if need be.

Other things to note:

We have a generator with instructions should power go out. Please note the generator is NOT automatic - so you will have to manually move it from garage to under car port and start it. Or you can just use flashlights should power go out... which makes for a fun adventure. :)

We have snowplow service as well as a small snowplow. Manually shoveling snow is sometimes a thing when we get a lot of snow. We have shovels available in the garage.

You will have access to the entire house, and we ask that you treat it as if it were your own!

THINGS TO DO:

1 mile away is our FAVORITE place... The Lube Room. Family friendly... late night more of a bar. Live music all summer long.

1.25 miles away is Camp Connell General Store. During summer months they have live music and food in the beer garden out back.

5 miles down the hill is Blue Lake Springs and Sequia Country Club. The club is open for guest to dine. The golf course is private.

7 miles down the hill is Arnold where you will find shopping and dining. A fav stop for us is Hinterhaus Distilling. ( Adults only ) Fabulous drinks - but a note, you can only be served one due to laws and zoning. If you are a Moose Lodge Member be sure and visit Arnold Moose Lodge on White Pine Lakes.

8 miles down the hill is White Pine Lakes - great for fishing, paddle boarding, or relaxing on the beach. Volleyball courts and basketball courts around the lake.

10 miles down the hill is Big Trees Market. Say hi to "Bob" behind the meat counter.

Murphys is 25 minutes down the hill where you will find:

Ski resort is 25 minutes up the hill.

Other things close by: Sonora, Yosemite... so much toooo do!

Arnold is home to this vacation home. Ironstone Amphitheatre and Sierra Nevada Logging Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Leland Meadows and Twain Harte Miniature Golf. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
