A delightful house located in a quiet neighborhood in central Arnold, just a half mile to the grocery store and many restaurants. A chalet style house, with three bedrooms, a loft with bunk beds and a bonus room with two twin beds. It has an inviting great room, a fully equipped kitchen, rec. room with pool table and table tennis option and electronic dart board. Plenty of games for young and old alike. Over 200 DVDs, listed alphabetically. An old- school Nintendo video game and well stocked library. Enjoy the backyard patio with seating up to twelve.
There are several local year-round activities and sights to keep you occupied. Just a twenty minute drive to Murphys where you will find multiple things to do, including shopping and wine tasting. Five minutes from White Pines Lake for summer and winter activities. Close to the Arnold Rim Trailhead and logging museum. A short fifteen minute drive to Calaveras Big Trees. Thirty minutes from Lake Spicer Snow Park. Forty minutes away from Lake Alpine and Bear Valley Ski Resort.
Located in Arnold, this vacation home is in a rural area and next to a golf course. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Calaveras Big Trees State Park and Calaveras South Grove Nature Preserve, while Ironstone Amphitheatre and Sierra Nevada Logging Museum are cultural highlights.
