Whether you have come to ski to your heart's content or hike along dramatic ridges in the warmer months of the year, this will be the perfect year-round retreat. The main level of the home will be ideal for entertaining the whole gang, as it is home to the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with plush furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace, and the dining area that is more than ready to host family dinners or game nights. When you need a bit of fresh air, step out to the furnished deck and fire up the gas grill for a cookout as the sun goes down. When it is time to settle down, the main bedroom is on the lower floor and two more bedrooms await on the second floor to allow everyone to recuperate for more fun days ahead!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased locally.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Arnold, this vacation home is in the mountains. Sierra Nevada Logging Museum and Ironstone Amphitheatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Whale Rock and Chief William Fuller Monument. Leland Meadows and Twain Harte Miniature Golf are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and sledding.
