R-Cozy-Cabin is a cute and cozy A-Frame style cabin that looks out at the trees in Arnold, CA. Located within the Blue Lake Springs private homeowners association in Arnold, with entry fee you will have access to the pool and 2 lakes, recreation area, tennis and bocce courts!
It's a perfect retreat for one or two families, the cabin has two bedrooms on the main level with a king and a queen bed. There is a loft bedroom upstairs for the kids with a full bed and five twin beds and a half bathroom. There is also a foosball table in the loft. The open floorplan allows for the kitchen to be open to the dining area and living room. The cabin has a full size washer & dryer. The deck is great for eating outside with a picnic table or sharing a bottle of wine on the corner benches.
There is a propane BBQ for guest use in seasonal weather.
R-Cozy-Cabin's A-Frame is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires.
Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved and housebroken dogs welcomed, but must not be left alone (must be over 1 year old - max 2 dogs) with $50 non-refundable pet fee (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing, max 2). Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).
Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.
Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
Located in Arnold, this cabin is in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Calaveras Big Trees State Park and Calaveras South Grove Nature Preserve, while Ironstone Amphitheatre and Sierra Nevada Logging Museum are cultural highlights. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
