This immaculate chalet is a quick walk away from charming Pinebrook Lake and features everything you need for a relaxing Sierra getaway, including a hot tub, forced air heat, a spacious master suite, and a flat driveway for easy year-round access. Bedrooms: La Bella Vita is a 2-level, 1400-square-foot home that accommodates 7 guests maximum, strictly enforced, in 3 bedrooms: the main floor master suite has a King bed, the second bedroom (also on main floor) has a Queen bed, and the upstairs bedroom has a Queen and two Twin beds (no AC in upstairs bedroom) This home has three full bathrooms (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs).
Amenities: Guest access to Pinebrook Lake and surrounding facilities including the clubhouse, baseball field, volleyball court, basketball, BBQ and picnic areas. Walking distance away! Also: hot tub, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD, woodstove (firewood provided), forced air heat, gas BBQ (propane provided), washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee pot that can make 12-cup pots or individual cups.
Please Note:Linens, towels, and bedding are provided. Level access. Maximum 7 guests, strictly enforced. No pets, strictly enforced. No smoking, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
Located in Arnold, this cabin is in the mountains and on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Calaveras Big Trees State Park and Calaveras South Grove Nature Preserve, while Sierra Nevada Logging Museum and Murphys Creek Theatre are cultural highlights.
