• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• - take all trash and recycling with you and drop at the avery transfer station (5mins down the mountain) - be sure no sinks are dripping and no toilets are running
• - if you used the wood burning stove, ensure that the door is closed (ideally the fire is burned down, or almost all the way out)
• - shut off all lights - (winter only) turn upstairs and downstairs thermostats 'on', and at 50 degrees. - be sure front door deadbolt locks on your way out (pull door towards you while locking)
