Pinecone Peak is a beautifully designed chalet with sleek architectural lines that lends itself nicely to its serene park-like setting on a mainly level lot in Dorrington among the pines. Soaring ceilings and two stories of windows allow in all the natural light. Newly remodeled with a spacious great room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 full bathrooms. The garage has been converted into a fun game room with Ping Pong, Billiards, Foosball, Air Hockey, and Shuffleboard table, TV and Blue Tooth Stereo and Evaporative Cooler. The decks (front and back) are the perfect spot for the family BBQ or to just relax and soak up the Sierra sunshine. It is less than a 4-minute drive to Calaveras Big Trees State Park. And for those skiers looking to
hit the slopes early, this level corner lot right off of Highway 4 is ideal. Forced Air Heat and wood stove keep you warm in the winter! Pinecone Peak sleeps 8 guests in 2 bedrooms plus the loft. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor with a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with 2-day beds (2 Twins). The loft has a Queen bed and a full futon. There is also a sleeper sofa on the main floor.
