Guests will have the entire home and grounds to themselves at this 4-BR Arlington, Clarendon neighborhood luxury home. There is ample parking, 2 driveways with space for 6 cars. No parking on street outside of approved hours, please be mindful and check all the street signage.

The Neighborhood:
This walkable neighborhood features an eclectic mix of upscale businesses and mom-and-pop shops, bars, restaurants, office buildings, public art, considerable open space and tree-lined residential streets.

Clarendon is a compact, urban neighborhood that serves as one of the cultural hubs of Arlington VA. Thanks to its prime location on the Orange Line, Clarendon sees lots of traffic from local and national businesses; over the years, it has grown into a thriving center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The neighborhood is broadly defined by proximity to the Clarendon Metro Stop, which is one of the better-known metro stations in NoVA. Clarendon is laid out in triangular blocks — rather than the rectangular grid of many other cities — that center around two major thoroughfares.
