Hannah's Hideaway is a 2447 square foot luxury home located on 1.3 acres of land with 230 feet of lake frontage, large 2 slip covered boat dock, 1 slip with "Hydro-Hoist" boat lift, 2 Jet Ski drive on ports along with a large entertainment area and swim deck! We are located on a Little Dismal Creek. A Quiet, Low Traffic part of Lewis Smith Lake with great fishing, Kayaking and a YEAR ROUND deep water boat dock!

Our home has only 3 steps to the main floor and NO steps to bottom floor of the house when accessed from the lower porch. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! The bottom floor is porcelain tile for easy care of pets. We request pets stay on the bottom floor or outside. We are located at the top of the inlet therefore little boat traffic or wakes. Perfect for Kayaking or Paddle Boarding. Two covered boat slips are available for guests with large swim platform and entertainment area. You can tie additional boats up to the large double dock. One slip has a "Hydro-Hoist" boat lift along Dual Jet Ski Drive On Ports available for your use. Direct TV service on 3 TVs in living room, master bedroom and downstairs recreation room. 75" big screen in the recreation room. High Speed Fiber Optic Internet Service. Don't miss the your favorite games while on vacation!

The main floor has a full kitchen, living room, gas fireplace, dining room, full service laundry room, full bathroom with tub/shower combination, full main floor bedroom with Queen bed new mattress (Feb 2021), large entrance foyer, large covered outside porch with nice outdoor furniture to enjoy a nice breakfast lunch or dinner, new propane fired grill on the covered deck, full windows facing the water for great lake views. Full outside upper and lower decks facing the water.

Upstairs floor has Two full bedrooms with New Queen Mattress (Feb 2021) in each bedroom and a large full bathroom with shower.

Lower level Master Bedroom has a King Size bed new mattress (Feb 2021), full bathroom with dual vanities, Jacuzzi Jet Bathtub and a Tiled shower. The master bedroom offers direct access to lower deck and a great view of the lake! The lower level also has a large recreation room completely remodeled in Mar 2021 with new Shiplap walls, 2 new built in bunk beds and 2 new Queen beds with Memory Foam Mattress and new 75" Flat Screen TV. Kids are safe on the lower level with the only exit on the lower floor through master bedroom or upstairs to the main floor.

Enjoy a six foot diameter fire pit on a cement pad with tables and chairs that overlooks the lake! The fire pit area has tables, chairs and great views of the lake at night. Solar lighting throughout exterior walkways. 110 volt GFCI electrical outlets at the fire pit and boat dock. Boat dock has full electric lighting. Room for parking 8-10 cars with a large cement circle driveway.

Our home has a New Gas Fired Tankless Hot Water Heater for instant and endless hot water on demand! Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, towels and linens are all available for your use. There is a second refrigerator located in the downstairs recreation room for those big family feasts! If you don't have a boat no problem! There are services on Smith Lake that will rent, deliver and pick up several different styles of boat for your enjoyment!

Duncan Bridge Marina is only 8 miles away by vehicle to put your boat in the water and a quick 15 minute boat ride on the water back to your vacation getaway at Hannah's Hideaway!
