Smith Lake's 21,200 acres of clean emerald waters and 642 miles of shoreline are accessible right from the backyard of this beautiful, lake house. Along with direct waterfront access by way of private dock and shoreline, this peaceful enclave boasts an amazing outdoor space complete with upper and lower decks, picnic tables, a wood-burning firepit, a gas grill, a griddle, and a Ping-Pong table. There are even two kayaks and two paddleboards provided for use during your stay, with two adult-size and two child-size life vests included.

On the water, you can enjoy all types of boating, whether it be man-powered or motor-operated, and endless options for watersports can be had. Anglers can fish for crappie, beam, and bass on the lake, or fly fishers can head down to the Black Warrior River to try for some rainbow trout. The nearby community of Arley offers a grocery store, cafe, and restaurant. Marinas and waterfront dining options can be found around the reservoir.

Dock details: Guest can use dock, will moor up to a 27 ft boat.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
