An unparalleledhouse located at the top of Las Pendientes, within a setting surrounded by a natural lenga forest. This property offers a luxury experience in San Martín de los Andes, with unparalleled views of the mountain range and a direct connection to the stunning nature of southern Argentina.
The house has direct access to the two private ski slopes located within the neighborhood. One is 400 meters long with a TBAR and Magic Carpet. The other is 750 meters long with a steeper slope and a triple chairlift.
On the ground floor are the gallery, an open kitchen, and a comfortable and bright living room, designed for sharing time with family or friends. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), all with closets and good ventilation.
The house has Wi-Fi and on-site parking. If arriving by car, please leave your vehicle in the main parking lot and from there access to the house is via private transfer, at an additional cost.

Access to the houses: Ski-in and ski-out available. Check-in/check-out is exclusively via the neighborhood's internal snow removal service, at an additional cost. Those arriving by car must leave their vehicle in the parking lot 250 meters away. Las Pendientes is reached via a dirt mountain road, and during snowy seasons, the road is covered in snow, so it is mandatory to arrive in a 4x4 vehicle or carry snow chains.
