This apartment is built with high quality materials. Regarding its distribution: the rooms are separated from the main opened general room (dining room, kitchen and living room). This makes the perfect coexistence between different guest rest schedules.
Its decoration is warm and refined, it has original paintings selected from different Patagonian landscapes, by the artist Eva Klewe.

The apartment gets abundant sunlight during the day due to its location on the third floor facing North. It has two private balconies with an incredible view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains from the bow window.
The kitchen is spacious and integrated into the main room, it is very well equipped with: gas stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave, XL electric oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, plenty of dishes, utensils and kitchenware.
The master bedroom has a 1.6m double queen bed, cable TV and en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together and made into a double bed (with prior notice).
The third room has two twin beds and a low bed cart (children's bed) that comes out from under one of the beds.
The garage is covered and inside the building.
The building has 4 floors (this apartment is on the 3rd), has two elevators, is mostly residential and safe. For its part, the unit has a reinforced door and alarm.
Located in San Carlos de Bariloche, this apartment is in the city center. Nahuel Huapi Lake and Playa Centro reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Historical Steam Train and Viento Blanco. Parque Ecoturistico Cerro Viejo and Laberinto Cerro Otto are also worth visiting.
