Come in and relax in our quiet family home, located in a residential neighborhood close to wineries.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen integrated into the dining room and living room, with wide and bright windows. With a view to both gardens: open gallery with barbeque, small pool, and backyard and front yard.
Outside the neighborhood, you have quick access to bars, restaurants, stores, a museum, and a supermarket.
The space
The house has 2 bedrooms:
-Main room with en suite bathroom, with a queen bed (160cmx200cm) and a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, 32" tv, wide windows with a view to the backyard, and pool. Work space, desk, and chair.
-The second bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 twin bunk bed (90cmx190cm) next to a full bathroom.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are distributed in a big space with wide and bright windows. The kitchen has dinnerware, and appliances (microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer, washing machine, Smart tv, dishwasher).
From the interior of the house, you can appreciate the open gallery with the barbeque and access to the small pool perfect for children and adult relaxation.
You will have access to the entire property being able to use all the amenities.
Chacras de Coria is home to this vacation home. Provincial Museum of Fine Arts Emiliano Guiñazú and National Museum of Wine are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Reserva Natural Villavicencio and Chacras de Coria Town Square. LAUR Olivícola and Julio Le Parc Cultural Center are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with rafting nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and cycling.
