Cabildo and Juramento. You will be surrounded by excellent Cafeterias (Doña Lila / Bonafide / Tea connection, etc.), Restaurants and shops of all kinds on Av. Cabildo. We are 5 blocks from Chinatown. We are 15 blocks from River Stadium (El Monumental) We are 5 blocks from FLENI Montañeses. On Av. Cabildo (2 blocks from the building) you will find several bus lines to go to the city center or to the North zone. Av. Cabildo and Juramento (3 blocks from the building) you will find the D subway line, which takes you to the city center! Uber/Cabbify: they get there very quickly.
There is a coworking space on the 1st floor, a space specifically designed to work comfortably and harmoniously. Hours: 6:00am to 10:00pm INTERNET 1 TB (THE FASTEST SPEED) Laundry with washing machine and dryer is used with tokens that you get in the building (with cost) Garage in the building (15 usd per day), check availability.
