Lovely one-bedroom apartment, just steps from San Juan and Pueyrredon. Spacious, bright, with two balconies. Ideal for visitors on errands, courses, or exploring the city's main attractions, as it's centrally located. Just one block from Sanatorio de la Mujer. We focus on practicality and simplicity, providing all essentials for a comfortable stay.
We are a family-run venture managing apartments for temporary tourist rentals. We take care to make your stay exactly as you imagine. Feel free to consult us, either before or during your time in the apartment, about any special requirements you might have, and we will do our best to fulfill them. One-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. Abundantly bright, spacious, and well-ventilated, featuring front and rear balconies. Bedroom with a queen-sized bed, complete bathroom with a bathtub, and an open-plan living room integrated with the kitchen. Amenities: Gas stove, electric drip coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, two smart TVs with cable, WIFI, air conditioning in the living room, standing fan, gas heaters, complete tableware, table, chairs, double sofa bed, and queen-sized bed. Provided with sheets, blankets, 1 towel set and a bath towel per person; toilet and kitchen paper, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid hand soap.
During the reservation, the entire apartment will be available for the exclusive use of the guests, except for one side of the closet, which is locked with a padlock due to personal belongings.
We personally handle the check-in and check-out to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival and to ensure a smooth departure. Throughout the rest of your stay, we will be available 24 hours a day via phone to assist you with whatever you may need.
Rosario Centro, a neighborhood in Rosario, is home to this vacation home. Pedestrian Cordoba Street and Paseo del Siglo are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Parque Urquiza and Independence Park.
