- In the heart of Aptos, you'll find this lovely two-bedroom cottage close by the breathtaking Monterey Bay. - This is a great house for relaxing but if you're looking to party this is not the house for you. The beach house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and we are committed to keeping it peaceful.
- Bright, light-filled house on a cul-de-sac, just 0.5 miles (~10 minute walk) through a nice residential beach community to Seacliff State Beach.
- 2 bedroom, 1 bath; two queen beds and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa
- All you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, and beach toys
- High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Pandora, Internet TV, No cable or local channels),

- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. If you are concerned about cancelling due to Covid or other emergencies, please buy travel insurance. We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
