Located in Rio del Mar, a neighborhood in Aptos, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. Mystery Spot and Roaring Camp Railroads are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Monterey Bay and Capitola Beach. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Watsonville Center for the Arts are also worth visiting. Motor boating and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
