Welcome to our family beach house in Aptos—a place filled with warmth, thoughtful details, and everything you need to truly relax. This is not one of those cold, impersonal rentals. It’s a home we love and use ourselves, designed to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and inspired.The home features 3 inviting bedrooms—one king and two queens—each with its own beautiful view, along with two full bathrooms with both tubs and showers and a powder room. You’ll find plenty of soft sheets, cozy blankets, and all the comforts of home, plus conveniences like a hair dryer, ironing board, and steam iron.Stay comfortable year-round with heating and breeze of the cool fresh mornings. Enjoy the ease of a washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything—from casual mornings to memorable evenings: Cappuccino maker for your perfect start

The home sits elevated for that stunning “eagle-eye view,” yet remains just steps from the beach with no obstruction to your sightline.

Rio del Mar, a neighborhood in Aptos, is home to this vacation home. Mystery Spot and Roaring Camp Railroads are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Monterey Bay and Capitola Beach. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History are also worth visiting.
