The wonderful patio is where you will find yourself mesmerized by the beauty of the ocean and imminent sunsets. Sit and relax while you watch the waves splash in front of your eyes, on many occasions you will see dolphins, whales, birds, seals and other marine mammals.
This well designed floor plan has custom built-in extra long twin bunk beds in the first floor bedroom with adjacent full bathroom. Walk up the staircase to the second level where you will find two large bedrooms and one full bathroom. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and offers full ocean views with a 5 x 20 ft sun deck. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed and full double closets. The second floor is also appointed with a washer and dryer.
You find yourself 10 seconds from the sand, a 3 minute walk to restaurants, convenience store, coffee, and the famed Pixie's Deli. Stroll on down the sand to Seacliff Beach 5 minutes north and the famous "Parallels" surf spot 5 minutes walk south.

Located in Rio del Mar, a neighborhood in Aptos, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach.
