This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 4 people. Great for a group of friends or a small family. It is also ideal for a couple's getaway at a bargain price. Located on the hill looking over the commanding view of the Monterey Bay; this unit is in a quiet and generally private complex. This single level rental is well decorated, well cared for, and fully furnished.
One bedroom has a king bed with views of the ocean and a TV with DVD. The second room has a queen bed and a view of the complex swimming pool. Both rooms have private doors to the restroom, which is furnished with a bathtub.
You enter a bright living room with sprawling views of the bay and the famous Cement Ship. There is also a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD. The living area has plenty of seating for a group of friends and family. Three barstools sit at the kitchen bar that look into the fully furnished kitchen; a great set up for entertaining, socializing and relaxing. To get a better look at the views, you can step onto the private deck located right off the living room. Here you will have use to a BBQ and outdoor seating. The home has a washing machine and dryer.
It is a very short walk to the famous "10 Mile Beach" The home is conveniently located near a well known deli (Pixie Deli), coffee shop, convenience store and high end restaurant (Cafe Rio). You are also within 2 miles from grocery stores, restaurants, cinema, gas stations, golf course, tennis court, and much more!

Located in Rio del Mar, a neighborhood in Aptos, this vacation home is near theme parks. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Monterey Bay and Capitola Beach, while Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Roaring Camp Railroads are popular area attractions. Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History and Boardwalk Bowl are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including ecotours, whale-watching, and birdwatching.
