Please note: Pets are not permitted, smoking is prohibited, and the maximum number of guests, including children, is 4.

The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with Quartzite countertops, a dining area, a counter-height breakfast bar, a living room equipped with a 55" Roku TV and gas fireplace, a half bathroom, and a relaxing balcony with ocean views.

Upstairs, discover a washer and dryer along with two en-suite bedrooms, each boasting its own private bathroom and comfortable king-sized beds. One bedroom also includes a private balcony furnished with comfortable patio seating, offering unobstructed views of Monterey Bay. At night you can sleep with the patio door open listening to the waves crashing.

Kindly note, as a private rental, certain amenities like room service and fire-pit setup are unavailable. However, you can use Grub Hub for local restaurant deliveries or visit Sanderlings on-site. Additionally, concierge services, front desk services, towel service, bonfires, and bike rentals are not accessible to private renters. Nevertheless, as our guest, you'll have complimentary access to pools, Jacuzzi, the restaurant, and bars.

We provide a starter supply of toiletries, dish and dishwasher soap, and a paper towel roll, though this initial supply is not restocked.

Before your arrival, you'll receive an entry code to access the property directly, bypassing the need for front desk check-in. Please note, due to the coastal climate, air conditioning is typically not available in Santa Cruz county near the coast.
