Perfectly situated between the Peabody Park neighborhood and the City Park neighborhood, this house is situated amongst a mature tree-lined street and among well cared for houses. A pleasant walk to downtown Appleton & Lawrence campus
Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking in the driveway if you have a vehicle.

Pet fee is $50/stay per dog. Absolutely no cats.
- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in.
- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine
- Absolutely NO parties.
- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. NO Cats.
Appleton is home to this vacation home. History Museum at the Castle and Trout Museum of Art are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Building for Kids Children's Museum and Reid Municipal Golf Course.
