Streets lined with tall trees and safe sidewalks in every direction will lead you on nice quiet walks or jogs around the area. THIS is the spot!

Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway if you have a vehicle. Street parking allowed during the day, and overnight seasonally if the city is notified.
