PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE HOUSE RULES FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
* Please, absolutely no smoking inside of the property, otherwise it will be $500 fine. * The guests are responsible for taking trash and recycling to the curb. Trash goes on Wednesdays Nights and Sundays Nights. Recycling goes on Wednesdays Nights. Failure to the so will result in the guest having to pay $150 fee for a private company to pick up the trash.
* The guests are responsible for putting all dishes in the dishwasher before leaving the house. Otherwise, the fine will be $150.
* No parties or events: The rental property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave and may be subject to additional fees.
* If time permits, our housekeeping team appreciates a load of towels be placed in the laundry bin which is inside of the laundry room.
* You are responsible for any clogs due to excessive toilet paper or flushing anything other than toilet paper.
* Cleaning and damages: Guests are expected to keep the rental property clean and tidy during their stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
*We allow max. 3 pets. Please message us before booking. The fee is $75 per pet / trip max of 3 pets.
* By using the bunk beds, you risk of danger of falling or other injury. By using the bunk beds, you agree that these can be dangerous and will hold us harmless.
* Turn off all lights, appliances, and faucets before leaving the house, and please keep the doors and windows closed all the time.
* Propane for grill is guest's responsibility. Please don’t forget to turn off the propane gas after use.
* Due to the potential danger of unattended fires, guests are not permitted to light fires in the fire-pit after 10:00 PM. All fires must be fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property. Guests must also ensure that the fire-pit area is clear of any flammable materials and that a bucket of water or a hose is nearby in case of an emergency.
* Please keep the garage door close all the time to prevent any issues
* Please no illegal drugs of any kind of on the property.
* Please no guns on the property.
* NOTE: Quiet hours: Guests must respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Loud music, shouting, or any other noise that disturbs the neighbors is strictly prohibited during this time. * Maximum occupancy: The rental property has a maximum occupancy limit, which is clearly stated in the listing. Guests who exceed this limit may be asked to leave and may be subject to additional fees.
* Respect for neighbors: Guests must always respect the neighbors’ privacy and property. Any behavior that disturbs the neighbors, including excessive noise, will not be tolerated.
NOTE: Children and pets should be always supervised, as there is no fence near the lake.
NOTE: This property has security cameras; one of them faces the front door entry and the second one faces the patio.
NOTE: There is no fishing in the lake
DAMAGES- FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGES CAN AND WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOU. The fine will be $250. PROPERTY INVENTORY If we find any items missing or broken after your check-out, you will incur a replacement charge.
