There is a screened-in lanai that houses a swimming pool, BBQ, TV, stand-up bar and large patio for dining outdoors. The pool is NOT HEATED however, can be for a fee during March to October. Inside the home you'll find an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining and conversation rooms designed with relaxation in mind.
