Waterfront condo with excellent views. The entire unit was recently renovated with a modern Florida design. The condo is located in the small, gated waterfront Yardarm community. Dolphins, manatees, and all kinds of fish and birds are always passing by. The condo is single story, no overhead neighbors, private covered parking, with a nice view of the water and the boats. Apollo Beach is a friendly waterfront community located at the halfway point between Tampa and Bradenton providing easy, convenient access to the best that West Florida has to offer. A great area to relax, fish, bike and explore. The Apollo Beach Nature preserve, white sands of Little Harbor beach, and the manatee viewing center are right around the corner. St. Pete and its beaches as well as Anna Maria Island are only 30 to 45 minutes away. Walk to nearby waterfront restaurants or rent a boat/jet skis to go explore. Grocery stores, drug stores, Starbucks, other stores and restaurants only a few minutes away. Monthly cleaning included.
Apollo Beach is home to this condo.
