Washer and dryer. Additonal room with office space and crib available. Large patio/deck great for BBQ and firepit in the evenings.

The space
The house is an open layout with lots of natural light. The entrance leads with a living area and large, fully-stocked kitchen. Then it extends into the very large dining and living area with the bar, TV, and electric piano. The home has two floors. The upstairs has 2 living rooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 office, and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 laundry room. The outdoor deck has a fully fenced yard, grill and firepit for your enjoyment.

The upstairs is equipped with a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBOMax. Extra fast wi-fi (100mbps) with an extender to downstairs.

Also, there is an extra deep soaking tub for you to enjoy after a long day exploring Nashville or hiking nearby in the downstairs bathroom, or if you want to grill and enjoy the firepit on the deck, there are all the materials you need to do so.

There are four parking spots available in the carport.

Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis. In inquiry, please indicate number of dogs, size and breed. If approved, there is a $75 fee per dog. If there are any accidents in the house or need for excessive cleaning, there will be an additional $200 charge. Dogs should be crated if let alone in the home. If dogs are brought to the house without approval, an additional fee will be charged.

Broadway and Mall at Green Hills are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Nashville Zoo and Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
