This stunning Annapolis coastal home offers guests multiple places to spread out, each with its own fireplace. Four spacious bedrooms each have an ensuite full bath. The lower level has a separate 1 bedroom apt with a full kitchen and bath.

Outside, the huge patio overlooking the lush, beautiful grounds is complete with a hot tub, grill and plenty of outdoor furniture for kicking back and dining al fresco. Listen your faves on the built-in sound system throughout the house and on the patio. Stream games, shows and films on 8+ Roku TVs throughout the house.

Gather with friends and family on the expansive patio surrounded by green vistas and water views. Soak your cares away in the huge custom hot tub that seats 8. The outdoor dining tables w/ umbrellas can accomodate up to 20 guests. Cookout on the Genesis Weber grill (hosts provide propane and grill tools). Play a game of corn hole or croquet on the huge green lawn! Gather round the fire pit under starry nights. At night, beautiful custom lighting softly illuminates the patio and property.

Mix it up in the stunning lower level custom bar and rack 'em up on the pool table. The bar area is outfitted w/ an ice machine, counter fridge, sink and 2 Roku TVs, so you can watch your favorite teams go at it. The lower level offers a comfy seating area and big screen TV. There are 2 TVs in the apartment. For game night, choose from a range of board games (for all ages), relax with a book, play cards, or pull out the backgammon board. Want to squeeze in a workout? Hit the gym room for a workout or yoga session (w/ Roku TV, Universal Gym, Peloton, treadmill, and rowing machine), while watching your go to show on the TV.

Take a short walk down the peaceful tree-lined path to the hosts' private dock, where you can relax on a peaceful cove, just around the corner from the Severn River. Bring your boat! The dock has a slip (up to 46 ft/MLW 6') and 2 boatlifts. There are 2 kayaks, & 2 paddle boards for guests' waterfront fun. Bring your gear for catch & release fishing and go crabbin for famous Blue Crabs, a favorite Maryland past time (complimentary crab trap provided; bait not included.). There is so much to do at this beautiful, coastal gem when you're not out and about!

Cooking for a crowd? The main floor gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Wolf stove/oven + a second oven, SubZero refrigerator, SubZero wine frige, Bosch dishwasher and built in microwave. Another fully equipped kitchen is in the lower level one bedroom apartment. Both kitchens have access to walkout sliding glass doors that open to the patio.

GUEST SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 8 beds in the house: 4 spacious bedrooms (5 beds) on the second floor of the home that can accomodate up to up to 10 guests. Master Bedroom: King Bed; Guest Room 1: King Bed; Guest Room 2: Queen Bed, Guest Room 4: a double Queen bunk bed. Every bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom.

The 2000 s/f lower level of the home w/ a private entrance and walk out to the patio, sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 private sleeping areas:

1) A separate one bedroom apt. off the main area has a Queen bed (sleeps two) and a full bathroom.

2) The sofa in the living area inside the apt. has pull out bed that sleeps one (best for a child or smaller framed teen/adult). The living area is separated from the apt. bedroom by a door; and

3) The spacious main area in the lower level (separated from the apartment by a door), has a large sectional sofa w/ a comfy pull out double bed (sleeps two). A half bath is located in the main area.

DINING AREAS:
Guests can enjoy 4 dining areas:

1) The indoor dining room table accomodates 8.

2) The kitchen table (just outside the dining room) and breakfast bar can accommodate 10.

3) The outdoor patio has 5 dining tables w/ umbrellas and plenty of seating for dining alfresco & can accomodate up to 16 people.

GUEST AMENITIES
All bed linens, pillows and blankets (+ extra), a set of bath towels (+ extra) and a beach towel are provided for guests. All bedding, including bed quilts, blankets, throws and towels are freshly laundered prior to guest arrival.

White noise machines are in every bedroom.

A mini crib and a baby/toddler booster seat are available. Please message hosts if these items are needed and we will have them ready for your stay. Children's plates/utensils, and cups are provided.

Hosts provide a soft and hard cooler for guest use during their stay to keep beverages cold when spending time on the patio or the dock. Outdoor melamine tableware for dining and beverages, entertaining platters, servers, etc. are provided for guests' use.

Two washer and dryer sets are available for guests' use: 1 set is on the second floor of the home and another in the Utility Room located in the lower level, with complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
