This is a unique, water view, post-and-beam constructed house located at the end of a private road and just minutes from Annapolis. The house is nestled in the woods and perched on a hill overlooking Saltworks Creek on the Severn River (in the waterfront community of Severn Grove). Everything in Annapolis is conveniently located and just a 10 minute drive to USNA (4.0 miles to Gate#1) and plenty of shopping near the Annapolis Mall. Walk from the house down to the dock to enjoy the waterfront, or go paddle boarding/kayaking in the creek.

The house features a clear story foyer entrance with cathedral ceiling and custom windows, and the main room has 180 degree wrap around windows looking out onto a large deck and the surrounding woods giving this home a real treehouse feel. The main floor has an open floor plan with living room, dinning room and kitchen and offers a great space for entertaining. A rear sliding door opens out onto the deck equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas grill for BBQing with family and friends.

Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens. All of the bathrooms are full-baths with fresh towels and toiletries, and the master bathroom is equipped with luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub in addition to the shower. Plus, enjoy the additional downstairs family room/bedroom with additional kitchenette and the main floor office space for an extra inflatable mattress sleeping space next to the main floor bathroom if required. There is also a full laundry on the top floor and on the bottom floor.
Epping Forest, a neighborhood in Annapolis, is home to this vacation home. Annapolis Bowl and Helen Avalynne Tawes Garden are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Westfield Annapolis Mall and Annapolis Mall Shopping Center.
