Get ready to experience Annapolis from another point of view when you book this upscale traditional residence situated across from St. John's College! The original house was built in the 1960s with original retro tile in bathrooms with modern conveniences.
There is wood flooring on the main level. The spacious living room is beautifully, yet comfortably furnished and ready for reading, relaxing or entertaining. There is a large TV with cable for endless entertainment. The kitchen has been recently renovated to this century yet maintains the history of this grand home. Find top-level appliances and all necessary amenities. The large, separate dining room with a dining table is perfect for sharing meals and conversation (extra chairs can be found on the lower level). Or dine alfresco at the patio set in the courtyard, where a gas grill provides added convenience. There is room for everyone to sleep comfortably and privately with four inviting bedrooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
