The Space:
Welcome! Our house is designed to make you feel like a home away from home with cozy living areas. Congregate with family and friends between the front living room, breakfast nook off the kitchen and rear, airy sunroom overlooking the backyard. This is a three-bedroom home, sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary suite and queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Whether you're planning to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or grill up your dinner, our back patio includes a sitting area, string lights and BBQ grill with utensils.

Floor by floor configuration:

1st floor - Living room, dining room (seats 9), kitchen, powder room (1/2 bath)

2nd floor - Master bedroom (King sized bed), 2nd bedroom (Queen sized bed) w/ Desk, 3rd Bedroom (Queen sized bed), full bath

Outside - Front porch with deck chairs, back porch includes lounge area with fire pit, BBQ grill, and cornhole set

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard except for locked storage closets.

Located in the historic Homewood Germantown neighborhood. Get the true Annapolis experience, in this home away from home. It’s an quick Uber or easy walk down to the heart of DTA ⛵️

Getting Around:
There is ample free street parking available on our street. The house is about 1.2 miles from downtown where parking is paid, we recommend walking or taking an Uber/Lyft downtown to avoid parking challenges. Hillman Garage is the largest parking structure in Downtown Annapolis. Additional parking info is available on the Visit Annapolis website's "Parking in Downtown Annapolis" page.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.

Please refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
3 BR unit - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)

This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there.

We charge a pet fee of $50/night per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $250/week per pet and $500/month per pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.

***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then I reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.***

If you are local to the Annapolis area and book for less than 5 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100/hr or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, back deck, or front or back yard***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) We assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.

Homewood, a neighborhood in Annapolis, is home to this vacation home. Stanton School & Community Center and Maynard-Burgess House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Annapolis Harbor and Ego Alley. Helen Avalynne Tawes Garden and French Soldiers Monument are also worth visiting.
