The kitchen and dining area surround an original brick fireplace with plenty of space and all you need for preparing treats for the crew. The private sunroom with comfy sofas and a desk look out over the brick courtyard. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy a fun book or an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV with cable and streaming. The fully-appointed kitchen has been updated and has all the essentials for you to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for the crew. Outside, you will discover a small side/backyard for outdoor enjoyment and dining alfresco.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
