This delightful restored home is just 3 blocks away from the Eastport Bridge and 1.3 miles away from the Naval Academy, and the City Dock . This home is 3,500 square feet with a large family room open to the kitchen & one of 2 dining areas. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 1 on the first floor,the others upstairs and a large open family room, with lots of windows and French doors leading to a deck to enjoy entertaining outside by a quiet court. Also includes a sun room and parking for 2 cars. Commissioning week is available! The large master bedroom includes a king bed, with a small balcony and a large master bath. The washer dryer is on the second floor. There is a gas fireplace on the first floor . The kitchen is fully stocked with a wall oven, separate cooktop, refrigerator, and Dishwasher, with room to have breakfast at the countertop seating. There are plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, pots & pans and most important a coffee maker. This is my first time renting my home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
