A king and queen bedrooms, and queen pullout sofa, it can sleep up to 6 adults.

Our home is not your ordinary Airbnb, it’s a piece of history. Built in 1900, we have designed it with elegance and hospitality first, but don’t take my word for it, experience it yourself. The Restriction Retreat reflects the luxury and charm of historic Annapolis.

Restriction Retreat has been carefully designed to reflect the history of the capital of Maryland. Rich with traditions from the Naval Academy and local experiences. While the home has been updated, we tried to maintain some historical details which makes it unique and reflects the character and history of Annapolis.

We combined luxury and vintage with amenities of today. If you love to cook, we welcome you to our chef’s kitchen to whip up an amazing meal for your family.

Chesapeake Bay Bridge is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Chesapeake Bay and Sandy Point State Park.
