Completely renovated street level 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities of home. Perfect for a single traveler or a couple, our 1 bed/1 bath apartment is the first floor of a charming Eastport cottage. Second floor tenant has separate entrance in the back of the house. Across the street from the water, the house has a porch, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Wifi, cable TV, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and linens included. We're one-half mile from the Eastport bridge into downtown Annapolis, and an easy walk to all Eastport restaurants. There are 8 restaurants within 4 blocks of the cottage.
Cottage includes bedroom with queen bed, modern bath with walk-in shower and hair dryer, kitchen with toaster, dishwasher, microwave and oven, coffee pot that uses either k-cups or ground coffee, coffee grinder, and fridge with ice maker.
Located in Annapolis, this vacation home is in the city center.
