Set on 4 private acres of the renown Lake Sylvia Peninsula, this spacious waterfront home is available for year-round enjoyment. It's thoughtful floor plan comfortably accommodates up to 10 adult guests comfortably (we do charge an extra guest fee after 10 guests). Families with children don’t pass it by. With an expansive lakeside lawn that stretches along 450+ feet of pristine shoreline, this is a haven for fun and play.
You will enjoy the crystal clear waters of two private swimming beaches, the beautiful apple orchard and mature trees, and certainly the home itself. A full screened porch allows you and your guest’s pleasant outdoor dining rain or shine. Gathering spaces throughout invite you to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with family and friends. Isn’t it time you treated yourself to a week away?
**We do charge a $500 event fee and peak season rates during the duration of your stay during the event.
Located in Annandale, this vacation home is on the beach. Cokato Museum & Gust Akerlund Studio and Dassel History Center & Ergot Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Whispering Pines Golf Course and Kimball Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Dassel-Cokato Performing Arts Center, or check out an event or a game at Saints Field.
