Welcome to Willow Cottage, a charming sunny cottage just steps to the white sandy beaches on the north end of Anna Maria Island. Come bury your feet in the sand or lounge by your private pool. This pristine ground floor island cottage has all the luxuries and charm you’ll come to expect from staying at a Sato Vacation Rental.

Willow Cottage is just a few flip flop steps away from the beach with no busy roads to cross. Leave your car parked the town is very walkable and our island’s free trolley is only a few steps away. Willow Cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is tastefully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take a swim in your own private pool or light the gas grill for a barbecue with family and spend your evening relaxing in your private backyard. Your family will enjoy get-togethers with all the outdoor space.

This home offers a split plan with two spacious guest rooms and a bath on one side and the master with ensuite nestled at the back of the house. You will also find a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The pool and paver patio create a beautiful backyard oasis. This cottage has a Wonderful location just two houses from the beach and short stroll to Pine Avenue boutique shopping, dining and gorgeous beach sunsets.

Just off of the living room you will find a King bedroom and full beds bedroom. These bedrooms have access to a shared walk-in shower bathroom found in the adjacent hallway. Cook family dinner to enjoy poolside in the fully equipped kitchen! The master BR with ensuite is in the rear of the house with direct pool access.

As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back relax turn on the Flat screen and catch that flick you always wanted to see or that must-see sports game.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 25lbs. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
