The "outside room" invites you to relax under the twin maple trees and enjoy the hot tub, rocking chairs and porch swing in the trees, with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This property is a duplex, completely private with the 2 bedrooms and full bath located on the second floor, providing more privacy away from the main living space. The outside room with hot tub is completely enclosed with a privacy fence and is totally private and exclusive to this side of the duplex. There are no shared spaces except the parking. Just 11 minutes to nearest winery and only 20 minutes to Cedar Lake, 20 minutes to Cache River, 20 minutes to Giant City State Park and close to many wineries, this cozy home is the perfect retreat to come back to after a day of exploring the beautiful Shawnee Hills.
