And all you might need in the kitchen to cook and be comfortable. Walking distance to the best coffee shops, outdoor eateries, bars and 1.5 miles to the Big House. With windows all around one co-working office has two desks and a 2nd office offers plenty of room to get a little work down. The upstairs is cozy with an attic slant, and dormer windows. Sleeps 5 in beds, plus 3 sofa spots. This old house has lots of charm and style, and a few hiccups. Brand new hot water heater and refrigerator 4/10/24. Old dishwasher works with your help. You will feel right at home. Stroll Main and Liberty, celebrate your grad, or enjoy Ann Arbors great music and art festivals. Come for the great parks, the river rides, or the big game.
